All payments for products are processed through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and Kickstarter. Dracula Legacy does not collect, process, or store payment information directly.

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are determined by third-party platforms and logistics providers. Dracula Legacy is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Amazon (Print-on-Demand)

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, returns are not accepted.
If a product presents printing or manufacturing defects that do not meet Amazon’s quality standards, replacement requests must be processed directly through Amazon under their applicable policies.

Etsy Store

Products purchased through the Dracula Legacy Etsy store are eligible for returns only if defective. Buyers must contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process.

Customized and digital products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
